How do I start return process?

To start a return, you can submit a ticket via our portal page or send us an email at: hello@klaythelabel.com

Please provide your order number and preferably reach out via the same email address you had placed your order with.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
