We are currently unable to ship orders to post offices, PO Boxes, military (APO/FPO/DPO), or other non-residential addresses. We only ship to physical residential street addresses.
If a customer enters a non-residential address (including PO Box, military, or business/commercial), we may attempt to contact the customer to update the shipping address if we are able to catch the order in time before it ships.
By submitting a non-residential address, the customer acknowledges that they risk their package not being delivered. In such cases, the customer will need to reach out to us to arrange for a replacement order to be shipped to a valid residential address.
