Route shipping insurance is an optional protection service available at checkout that helps cover your order in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. It is designed to provide support if something goes wrong after your parcel has been shipped.
Route shipping insurance may help with:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Damaged items in transit
If a shipping issue occurs, the claim is reviewed directly by Route according to their terms and conditions.
When Route is added to an order, the fee is paid directly to Route rather than to our store. If a parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, a claim can be submitted so Route can review the issue and determine whether compensation applies.
Please note: Route shipping insurance is non refundable.
Because Route is a separate shipping protection service and not part of the product cost, the Route fee cannot be refunded once it has been purchased.
Route is intended to protect your parcel during transit and to support claims if an issue occurs. Since the service is active once the order is placed and shipped, the fee is not refundable.
If your package has not arrived or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team. We can help review the situation and submit a claim with Route if applicable.
Route shipping insurance is separate from the order total and is handled directly by Route. If an order is refunded or replaced, the Route fee still remains non refundable.
