If you believe that the hijabs you received are incorrect, please submit a ticket informing us of the situation.
We will require the following information:
1. Description of which hijab(s) you believe to be incorrect
2. Photos of the hijab(s) in question in natural lighting
3. Photos of the barcode on the packet(s) (not shipping package) which held your hijab(s)
Once submitted, our team will review your inquiry and confirm if you have received the correct items or not.
Please note: Our product page does explicitly mention that "Matching hijab and undercap (undercap shade will slightly differ)" and notes that "The color of the hijab may appear different under various lighting conditions."
Section 5 of our Terms of Service page (PRODUCTS OR SERVICES) states: "We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate."
